As I’ve mentioned here previously,  last year I was lucky enough to attend an amazing life-affirming, in many ways, life changing workshop hosted by Aoife Kane and Liz Goodchild One of the things they talked about was choosing a word for the year – one that almost set out an intention of an affirmation for the year ahead.
